We always try to respond to ALL messages we receive within 24 hours. If you have emailed and haven’t heard back within 24 hours, we genuinely apologise but it is not always possible with small team.

Orders that meet our image requirements are handed over for production. Please allow for 3-4 days for the production of the garment, depending on the order size.
If your image does not meet image requirements, your order is immediately subject to longer timelines as we have to try and correct it. We will reach out through email for image problems and your order’s turn-around time is based on how swiftly we hear back from you with an updated image that meets the requirements, which are specified during the order process. If we don’t hear back from you, your order may be cancelled, and a refund issued.
We use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. Royal Mail delivers 94% of our orders the next day but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days due to holidays and unforeseen events. Our standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays. Standard delivery price is £5 regardless of how many items.
If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), we use FedEx UK couriers. They deliver the next business day and are a part of our standard service. We can offer a Saturday delivery service for an extra fee.
We currently are unable to deliver to EU.
Creative Threads Workshop aims to provide an experience that captures not only excitement of designing your own clothes using anything you can imagine, but the magic of seeing it brought to life as a keepsake that outlasts the wear of the garment!
We are able to offer a wide range of sizes that should cater to most creators. If you don’t see you size, please don’t be sad and rest assured that we are always working on expanding the range and be more inclusive.
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days.
Our goal is for you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Because we make every garment by hand, there is some potential for human error. Usually, we will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however humans make errors, all you need to do is let us know and provide an image with the fault clearly visible and we will guide you through the process.

NO PROFANITIES OR OSCENE CONTENT – We want to bring people smiles and any obscene content will not be tolerated. If you have to ask if it’s OK to use, it’s probably not. Please be safe, let your imagination free and create something that you will cherish and is 100% yours.
COLOURS – While we do our best to match the colours of the original artwork, variations in lighting and cameras sometimes make it difficult. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match, but we will get as close as is humanly possible.
MARKETING & PROMOTION – The garment is yours to do with as you please. By creating one of our products, you’re giving us permission to use it in our marketing materials.
Our products are printed then hand-cut and sewn in London, UK, reducing our carbon footprint, waste and increasing quality control.
